Pokemon Sacred Truth and Eternal Lies is a fan-made Pokémon RPG Game that is based on the Characters and Members of the Shadow League (a fan run Pokemon League) set in the Xikigané Region. The main protagonist is Hunter, moved with his mother, and sister to Korei Town (his father had been absentee from birth and his brother went off on his own adventure years ago). Hunter has always wanted to do more with his life than stay in one location and live day to day mundane but his overbearing and overprotective mother would never allow him. On the day of his 15th birthday he (for the 5th time in 5 years) again tries to ask her to leave but she sends him on an errand to the next town over, when he returns after a long day or running errands he finds his mother and sister alone with a cake for his birthday and when asked what he wishes for he says he wishes to be a trainer. Once his mother hears this fact though, she immediately shuts down and turns him down for the final time, saying it's decided. He runs to his room enraged and decides to take matters into his own hands. When everyone is asleep he sneaks over to his uncle, Professor Jamalian Avalon's, lab and steals a Pokémon from the vault to set out on his quest. When he leaves the lab though he is challenged by a mysterious trainer, thinking this will prove his worth Hunter accepts but is immediately destroyed as the challengers Pokemon far surpass the level and experience of Hunter's. Broken by this defeat and with the Pokémon seriously injured the man remarks that Hunter is weak and doesn't know the true meaning of being a trainer.  And from that day forth Hunter embarks on his journey to find the man and prove him wrong, to be the strongest not because he is expected to, but because he has to. This battle sparked a flame in him and made his decision unanimous to traverse the region and pursue a "career" in Pokemon. But his true trainers' purpose is to find his father who mysteriously disappeared when he was in infancy. But standing in his way is the evil Phantom Force who is terrorizing cities all around the region and using the great "Psyche" to influence the minds of Pokemon against their trainers in order to separate them. The Commanders Aurora and Shikaku will stand in his way and they will battle their sides. But the Leader is the Conniving and Calculating Shadic.  Someday, the two may battle, face to face. A battle that shall be marked down in Pokemon History. A battle that will shape the destiny of not just the Xikigane region, but the fate of the Pokemon World"
